FRAZEMI prve hercegovačke hrvatske periodike na prijelazu iz 19. u 20. stoljeće i njihova leksikografska obradba

Znanstvena monografija Frazemi prve hercegovačke hrvatske periodike na prijelazu iz 19. u 20. stoljeće i njihova leksikografska obradba obrađuje stariji hercegovački frazeološki fond. Monografija analizira tekstove tiskovina  koje su u drugoj polovici 19. stoljeća  u Hercegovini bila novost, a danas se svrstavaju u  novinsko-publicistički stil. Iz toga korpusa potvrđeno je i analizirano 1730 frazema obrađenih na ukupno 500 stranica teksta. Obuhvaćena građa je velika kao i rezultati dobiveni primjenom suvremene metodologije u proučavanju frazema. Djelo je strukturirano u sedam poglavlja s potpoglavljima. Uz Predgovor obaseže pet teorijskih poglavlja (O prvim hercegovačkim novinama, Pregled jezičnoga stanja u BiH na prijelazu iz 19. u 20. stoljeće, O jeziku hercegovačkih listova i kalendara, Teoretski pristup frazeologiji, Frazeologija hercegovačke hrvatske periodike), Zaključak, opsežan frazeografski dio O rječniku, a potom slijede Kazalo, Izvori i Literatura. Monografija i rječnik objedinjeni u jednu publikaciju čine izvrstan uvid u korpus frazema ekscerpiranih iz prve hrvatske hercegovačke periodike u navedenom razdoblju. Prvi dio knjige obuhvaća iscrpnu analizu frazema ekscerpiranih iz spomenutih tiskovina, ali i drugih konzultiranih izvora te će poslužiti kao koristan i vrijedan uvid u leksički fond onoga vremena, ali i pridonijeti različitim poredbenim istraživanjima sa suvremenim leksikom koji je nedvojbeno pod utjecajem drugih jezika (poglavito engleskoga), ali i različitih društvenih i povijesnih okolnosti. Rječnički dio sadržava 1730 frazema hercegovačkoga, ali i širega podneblja zabilježenih u publicističkome stilu i javnoj riječi u Hercegovini na prijelazu iz 19. u 20. stoljeće. Obrada frazema slijedi tradiciju zagrebačke frazeološke škole i hrvatske frazeološke prakse, a određena odstupanja proizlaze iz specifičnosti frazema ovjerenih u analiziranim izvorima. Prvi je put sustavno ispisan i iscrpno analiziran frazeološki potencijal sadržan u tiskovinama objavljivanim u drugoj polovici 19. stoljeća u Hercegovini. U analizi građe primjenjuju se rezultati recentnih i relevantnih istraživanja pojedinih jezičnih razina.

 Phrasemes of the first Herzegovinian Croatian periodicals at the turn of the 19th and 20th century and their lexicographic processing

Scientific monography Phrasemes of the first Herzegovinian Croatian periodicals at the turn of the 19th and 20th century and their lexicographic processing covers older Herzegovinian phraseological stock. Monography analyses the texts of publications that were new in Herzegovina in the second half of the 19th century, and today are classified in the journalistic style. From that corpus, 1730 phrasemes were confirmed and analysed processed on a total of 500 pages of text. The covered material is as large as the results obtained applying modern methodology in the study of idioms. The work is structured in seven chapters with subchapters. In addition to the Preface, it covers five theoretical chapters (On the first Herzegovinian newspapers, An overview of the language situation in BiH at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, On the language of Herzegovinian newspapers and calendars, Theoretical approach to phraseology, Phraseology of Herzegovinian Croatian periodicals), Conclusion, an extensive phraseographic section On the Dictionary, followed by Index, Sources, and Literature. Monography and dictionary united in one publication make an excellent insight into the corpus of phrasemes excerpted from the first Croatian Herzegovinian periodicals in the mentioned period. The first part of the book includes a comprehensive analysis of the phrase excerpted from the mentioned publications, but also other consulted sources and will serve as a useful and valuable insight into the lexical stock of that time, but also contribute to various comparative research with modern vocabulary that is undoubtedly influenced by other languages ​​(especially English), and also different social and historical circumstances. The dictionary part contains 1730 Herzegovinian phrases, but also wider area, recorded in journalistic style and public speech in Herzegovina at the turn of the 19th and 20th century. Processing phrasemes follows the tradition of the Zagreb School of Phraseology and the Croatian Phraseology School practices, and certain deviations arise from the specificity of the phrasemes verified in the analysed sources.

For the first time, the phraseological potential contained in publications published in the second half of the 19th century in Herzegovina was systematically written and thoroughly analysed. The results of recent and relevant research on individual language levels are applied in the analysis of the material.
